Connect your mailbox
Gmail or Google Workspace (API), Microsoft 365 / Outlook (Graph), or IMAP/SMTP for other hosts — you stay in control.
Inbox Autopilot organises email by sender into folders automatically. Supports Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP.
Connect your mailbox once. Sender rules put Amazon, eBay, payments, and more into the right folders — on a schedule, without manual sorting. Rules do the work; AI is only for edge cases later. Gmail, Microsoft 365 / Outlook, and IMAP/SMTP hosts supported.
A DEVVIZION product · Setup via the studio
Creates folders for brands you care about, sorts matching mail into them, and leaves personal conversations in Inbox.
How it works
Automation that runs in the background — not another chat window to babysit.
01
Gmail or Google Workspace (API), Microsoft 365 / Outlook (Graph), or IMAP/SMTP for other hosts — you stay in control.
02
Amazon, eBay, PayPal, subscriptions — your list. New mail from those brands matches the same rules.
03
On a schedule: create folders if needed, file mail by sender, and work through backlog in safe batches.
Providers & limits
We organise within each provider’s published limits so runs stay reliable. Figures from vendor documentation.
| Provider | How we connect | Published limits (organising / read path) |
|---|---|---|
| Gmail API | OAuth · Gmail API |
6,000 quota units / minute / user / project 1,200,000 quota units / minute / project messages.list & messages.modify = 5 units each 80,000,000 units / day project billing threshold (Google, 2026) |
| Microsoft 365 / Outlook | OAuth · Microsoft Graph |
~10,000 Outlook requests / 10 minutes / app / mailbox (~16–17 req/s burst; we design for ~4–10 req/s) HTTP 429 + Retry-After when exceeded |
| IMAP (any host) | IMAP read |
No single global API quota — host-dependent Connection and bandwidth caps vary by provider/plan Practical throughput often lower than native APIs |
Inbox Autopilot is a read + organise product (folders and labels), so the limits above matter most. SMTP / outbound send limits only apply if we add optional alerts later (e.g. free Gmail SMTP ~100 messages / 24h; Workspace send higher; Microsoft 365 SMTP client often 30 messages/minute and 10,000 recipients/day — exact host plans vary). Sources: Gmail API quotas, Microsoft Graph throttling.
Features
Brand rules so shopping, payments, and subscriptions land in the right folders.
Works through history in safe batches within API limits, then keeps sorting new arrivals.
Deterministic organisation where possible — no open-ended model bill on every email.
Gmail API, Microsoft Graph, or IMAP/SMTP — we pick the path that fits your mailbox.
Pricing
Three ways to buy — pick one path. Hosted is ongoing care after setup, not a separate product.
You install. Template + docs if you’re comfortable wiring OAuth and rules yourself.
We install. Connect your mailbox, map senders, leave organisation running.
Optional add-on after Pro (or equivalent setup) for monitoring and rule updates.
FAQ
No. Inbox Autopilot is workflow automation: folders, labels, and sender rules. Optional AI only for messy edge cases later — not a chat you open every day.
The system only acts on the rules you define (e.g. known senders). You connect via official OAuth or IMAP credentials and can revoke access anytime.
Gmail and Google Workspace (Gmail API), Microsoft 365 and Outlook (Microsoft Graph), and most other mailboxes via IMAP/SMTP — subject to your host’s limits.
Built-in filters are great for simple cases. This is for multi-sender maps and ongoing organisation — packaged as a product you can hand off, not a weekend setup project.
Tell us your provider (Gmail, Outlook, or host IMAP) and which senders you want sorted. We’ll reply from the studio.
